At East Coast United BJJ, our goal is to help all our students realize their full potential. Women's Only MMA

ECUBJJBX Women’s Only Fitness Bootcamp is a 90 day (3 month) commitment with training intervals, menu plans, bi-monthly weight in and measurements, discussion, feedback and so much more. We work through all challenges and limitations. The friendship and team energy is inspiring and with consistency success is inevitable.
